Welcome to Casa Julip from Julie and Philip

In 2007 we purchased an apartment in Spain on the Costa Blanca.  
We have  decided  that we will rent the property out while we are not using it, so  this website sets out to give everyone some useful information about  the apartment.  
Here you will find pictures and information on our new property in La Cinuelica, Alicante.  The Apartment was brand new when we took ownership of it in May 2007.

It is built over 3 floors, with a ground floor garden and gated entrance, 1st floor has the main living and sleeping area and the 2nd floor has a lovely roof terrace with sea views.  The apartment is fully air-conditioned,  has a wireless broadband internet connectivity and satellite TV.

There are two local airports, one is Alicante, which is about 50Km to the north and the other is Region de Murcia (RMU) also called Corvera, which is about the same distance to the south
